Pippa Mitchell is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who graduated from the Raworth International College of Natural & Sports Therapies and is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH).

Pippa says: ‘Do you think that you could feel healthier, with less fatigue and more energy to get up and go? Do you think your diet could be more nutritious but are confused by the wealth of conflicting information you hear and read about?’

If the answer to these questions is ‘YES’, then why not seek professional advice and get the answers you are looking for?

Pippa says: “I love encouraging people to make changes to their diet, however small, and let them experience the difference they feel in their general wellbeing. Motivation is the key to getting people to adopt changes and hearing how their hard work has paid off is very rewarding”.  My consultations are a collaborative process: it is very important to ensure that clients come away with a sense of ‘can do’ rather than being overwhelmed by advice they think will be hard to achieve.

I sought help from Pippa after being constantly run down over a period of 6 months. I know a fair bit about nutrition and work in the health and fitness industry so was really frustrated that I wouldn’t get myself back into a positive cycle of health.

Two sessions, a few supplements, a couple of changes to my diet and lots of email support later I have been healthy for over 2 years. I succumbed a few times since then but nothing like the 6 months prior to seeing Pippa. I have maintained all the advice she gave me and feel that I am much more in control of my health. All in all it was money very well spent and I am so pleased that I made the decision to go.
