Dan Andrew

Chiropractor

Daniel Andrew is a chiropractor with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they enjoy. He began his career in the East Midlands, where he spent two years developing his clinical skills before heading to Zambia—drawn by both the professional opportunity and, if he’s honest, the promise of a bit more sunshine than the UK can offer.

Over the years, Daniel has worked with professional and international athletes, and he brings that same level of care and attention to every patient he sees. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply wanting to improve their mobility, his focus is always on long-term results and helping people feel confident in their bodies again.

What Daniel enjoys most about being a chiropractor is seeing that change happen. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients return to the things they love—whether that’s sport, work, or just moving comfortably day to day—and to watch their confidence grow as they progress.

His approach is hands-on, practical, and always tailored to the individual. He takes time to understand the root cause of an issue rather than just addressing symptoms, combining treatment with clear advice and simple exercises to support recovery beyond the clinic. Alongside chiropractic care, Daniel uses a range of techniques including dry needling, cupping therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), and muscle testing. He also integrates TPI assessments, particularly for patients who play golf and want to improve performance or prevent injury.

Daniel naturally connects with patients who enjoy staying active. With a strong personal interest in cricket and golf, he often works closely with people who want to maintain their performance, recover quickly, and keep doing the activities they care about. That said, he welcomes patients from all backgrounds and tailors his approach to suit each individual’s goals.

If you’re feeling unsure about booking chiropractic care, Daniel understands that completely. His priority is to make you feel comfortable and at ease from the very first session. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions, and ensure treatment is always adapted to your comfort level. There’s no pressure—just a supportive, straightforward approach to helping you feel better.

During a session, Daniel aims for patients to feel listened to, understood, and confident they’re in safe hands. Afterwards, his goal is simple: that you leave feeling clearer about what’s going on, reassured about your recovery, and already noticing a positive difference.

Outside the clinic, Daniel is an avid cricketer. He has represented Cambridgeshire and Derbyshire 2nd XI and currently captains Wollaton 1st XI in the Nottinghamshire Premier League. When he’s not on the pitch, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or out hiking with his cocker spaniel, Ted. Staying active is a big part of his own life, and it’s something he encourages in all of his patients as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
