Here at Luck’s Yard we pride ourselves on our helpful and friendly approach to all our patients.
The receptionists are the first point of contact with the practice.
They have many duties including answering the telephones, manning the reception desk, keeping leaflets and patient information up to date to name but a few. They cannot offer professional advice but can refer you to the best person that can help.
Our reception team are a vital part of the clinic and are always available to help you with any query you may have about the different treatments we offer.
The Luck’s Yard Team are just a phone call away and are on hand from Monday to Saturday to help and advise you.

Sue Lo Curto
Practice Manager – The practice manager is involved in managing all aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, clinic statistics, finance, patient safety and information technology. Sue is responsible for the efficient running of Reception. Her responsibilities include the smooth operation of the whole clinic and overseeing our patient database. She leads the team of receptionists to ensure our patients receive an excellent customer service. Sue has worked at Luck’s Yard for the last 7 years.
Administrator and Receptionist – who takes care of our administration and book-keeping. Caroline is responsible for all the patient information that gets sent out to GPs, sourcing and ordering clinic equipment and ensuring our Health and Safety systems are in place and kept up to date. Caroline has worked here for the last 8 years.
Receptionist and artwork designer – Jo started on Reception 3 years ago and since then has taken on the responsibility of designing and producing all of our Therapist and patient leaflets. She designs all the fabulous artwork for our posters, advertising and marketing material for press releases.
