Meet Mansa
Mansa graduated from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxford in 2022, but her connection with chiropractic care began long before then. Growing up in a family that embraced a holistic approach to health, she experienced first-hand how chiropractic care could support the body’s natural ability to heal and function well. That experience inspired her to pursue a career helping others improve their wellbeing through chiropractic care.
One of Mansa’s proudest experiences during her training was taking part in the World Congress of Chiropractic Students, which gave her the opportunity to travel to Australia and Denmark, attend seminars, learn from leading chiropractors, and deepen her understanding of chiropractic philosophy and practice.
Today, Mansa works with people of all ages and stages of life. She has a particular interest in pregnancy, paediatrics, and women’s health, and has undertaken additional training to expand her knowledge in these areas. She also enjoys supporting children, from newborns through to teenagers, helping families feel supported at every stage.
Alongside her work with people, Mansa is also a fully qualified animal chiropractor and works with dogs, cats, and horses. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see the difference chiropractic care can make not only for the animal, but for the people who care for them too.
For Mansa, the most rewarding part of being a chiropractor is the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Whether she is helping someone move more comfortably, supporting them through a challenging period, or helping them work towards their personal wellbeing goals, she values the relationships she builds with her patients and their families.
Her approach is gentle, individualised, and focused on creating a calm and supportive environment. She uses a range of techniques including McTimoney, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), diversified chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, mobilisations, and soft tissue work, tailoring care to each person’s needs. For animal patients, she combines gentle chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation exercises designed specifically for them.
Patients often tell Mansa they appreciate how thoroughly she listens. Her priority is to ensure every patient feels understood, comfortable, and confident in their care. She takes time to explain her findings clearly and works collaboratively with patients so they feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey.
If you’re feeling nervous about booking chiropractic care, Mansa completely understands. She believes it’s natural to feel apprehensive about trying something new. During your first appointment, she will take time to understand your concerns, carry out a thorough assessment, explain her findings clearly, and answer any questions you may have before any treatment takes place. Her aim is simple: to help you feel relaxed, informed, and confident every step of the way.
When she’s not in clinic, you’ll often find Mansa travelling, exploring new places, or spending time with her Pomeranian, Simba.
