Work Shoes

Considering the number of hours that we are on our feet for our work, the shoes that we choose to wear are paramount to the health of our feet!!

  • Ensure that they are supportive around the heel and mid foot to try and prevent toes clawing.
  • Deep, firm heel cups with a lace-up or strap is ideal for maximum support, but if you have to wear slip-on shoes ensure they come up high on the top of the foot, are firm around the heel and arch, and have a relatively low heel.
  • This will reduce toe rubbing, callus, corns and any biomechanical problems.
