Although the wearing of masks/face coverings is no longer mandatory, we kindly ask patients to continue to wear a mask in clinic to help protect our vulnerable patients.
If you do have symptoms including a raised temperature, sore throat, runny nose, aches and pains please do reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
We understand that it’s not always possible to do a lateral flow test so please err on the side of caution and cancel your appointment in these circumstances.
We still ask everyone to wait outside for their appointment unless the weather is particularly bad – if it is, pop your head around the door and ask our receptionist if you can wait inside. To that end please continue to arrive on time for your appointment rather than early. This frees up ‘traffic’ in our reception area for those who need to come inside.
The Clinic has invested in improved Covid protection measures and we have specific anti-virus air purifiers with UV lights in every treatment room. The therapists will continue to sanitise the rooms and equipment after each use and wear the appropriate PPE as before.
