Teen Summit – mindfulness journal
The Surrey Teen Summit is a local community group in Surrey that started in 2015. We run workshops and events to young people to empower them to be more resilient and comfortable in their own skin. Our aim is to inspire young people to have self-confidence and be able to ‘own’ who they are.
Luck’s Yard Clinic has been dedicated to support Teenage Cancer Trust for many years. In 2013 we co-created a CD called Teens4Teens with the a local music School called The Music Works in Milford. This year we have created two products in aid of the valuable charity supporting UK Teenagers who are under care for cancer.
Our other product is the ‘The Mindful Body Movements Programme’
The 30 Day Mindfulness Journal has been written in conjunction with our community project The Surrey Teen Summit. The diary has been created for teens, but can equally be used for adults as well as a daily tool to make change the way we think and react to events on a daily basis.
The journal helps you with finding simple tools to tweak the way you think and react, and we know that doing this regularly over 30 days can make a better impact in your life, than just doing it once in awhile. We recommend that you read through the book and work on it with your own personal journal and create thirty days where you can record how you have thought or felt to situations during the day.
We therefore ask each person who will download this journal to kindly make a donation to Teenage Cancer Trust in this page in order to support our cause and respect the work that has been done in order to create this product. The intention is to help you find your own ways to live and study more mindfully. Everyone are different and have different needs to clearing our head space and clutter in our brains in order to avoid being overwhelmed.
You can get the journal as a download E-book by completing the form below.
