Pippa Mitchell graduated from the Raworth International College of Natural & Sports Therapies and is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNCH).

“I was brought up by parents who grew their own vegetables and cooked from scratch so I have always been interested in cooking fresh, unadulterated and wholesome foods.

“I spent my 20s travelling the world and was exposed to a huge variety of different cuisines and it was then that I became interested in the benefits of a healthy and varied diet and how food can affect one’s health and wellbeing.”

It was while raising a family of three hungry boys, that Pippa decided to turn her interest in diet and the advantages of a healthy lifestyle into a career and prompted her to train as a Nutritional Therapist.

Pippa says: “I love encouraging people to make changes to their diet, however small, and let them experience the difference they feel in their general wellbeing. Motivation is the key to getting people to adopt changes and hearing how their hard work has paid off is very rewarding”.
