Sarah is a health coach who combines her analytical experience as an engineer with a uniquely creative approach, to help you make impactful health changes and keep it fun.
Sarah began her career in engineering working on the Canadarm for the Canadian space program. She subsequently moved into the corporate environment and spent 13 years managing operations for a full-service investment portfolio manager, building long-term relationships with clients.
Looking to make a change, decrease stress and work creatively, she came to London to study design, focus on wellbeing and improving her health. Through seeking her own path to wellness, she created a cartoon health blog and program to help others struggling with habit change.
