Jasmine Latimer has been a chiropractor since 2008. Upon graduating from Life West Chiropractic College (USA) she has worked in offices from California, to Singapore and the UK.
Believing in the mind-body relationship, Jasmine attained her yoga teacher credential of 200 RYS in 2010. She enjoys combining chiropractic with yoga poses and stretches to get patients feeling good and enjoying life. Her focus is on attaining the patient’s wants and needs.
Jasmine has spoken to various groups from school children, local councils and sport groups, to manual labourers and executives at Fortune 500 companies. Among many topics she has spoken on the importance of the spine, how to maintain optimal health, and the power of keeping a positive outlook. In addition to talks she has written articles for Living Within Magazine, Yoga and Health, Kindred Spirit Magazine, Wahanda, and MissA publications.
Outside of work, Jasmine has enjoyed her life in Godalming. You may find her running up and down the various roads or at the local NCT group with her son Henry, where she is chair of the Godalming and Cranleigh branch.
Jasmine says, “Everyone deserves the chance to live a pain-free, healthy life and I see it as my calling to try and accomplish this. I look at each person uniquely, treat everyone as if they are family, and together we come up with a plan.
