Although a national lockdown is in effect we are still able to offer Chiropractic, Podiatry, Massage and Sports therapy clinics. We are delighted to welcome Sophie Grimes our Rehab sports specialist who will be starting on 9 January: https://www.lucksyardclinic.com/welcoming-sophie-our-new-sports-rehab-therapist/
Government guidelines state that massage therapies are allowed provided they are for ‘medical’ reasons. Therefore we will asking all massage patients to complete and sign a consent form before treatment.
Regretfully Alero will not be able to offer Reflexology or Aromatherapy massage for the time being but we will keep you updated. Melissa will offer online counselling for the time being and you can contact her here: firstname.lastname@example.org
May we remind you to be extra vigilant when visiting the clinic: we will continue to ask you to complete a COVID consent form for each appointment; the therapists will be taking your temperature before treatment and please try to wait outside or in your cars until your appointment time. We want to avoid as much ‘people traffic’ in the clinic as possible.
We of course are rigorous in keeping all areas of the clinic clean and sanitized.
Payments and cancellations
In order to reduce handling of the card machine and bank cards we would be most grateful if patients could pay for their appointment at the time of booking. If you have booked a number of appointments in advance, we will call you the day before and take payment over the phone. We think that this is another positive measure we can introduce to protect both patients and clinic staff.
All online bookings are already paid for in advance.
Please do not worry if you need to cancel at short notice – it is essential for your own health as well as others, and we completely understand and appreciate your vigilance.
We look forward to keeping in touch with positive news, blogs and articles throughout 2021.
