I can also help you incorporate aromatherapy into bathing, hair washing, self-massage and using the oils as room refreshers to help create a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Have you tried hand reflexology? This is a technique you can practice on yourself if you can’t come into the clinic for a one-to-one treatment from me. This is deeply soothing, and as our hands are constantly being washed and sanitised will give them a well deserved treat!
