During the last few years we have supported the local food bank charity run by St Mark’s Church in Godalming.  We are pleased to announce that we will be doing the same this year – it’s such a worthwhile cause and a small donation can make a big difference to those in our community who need their help.

We will be collecting items in the clinic from Monday 14th November with our final collection on Friday 10th December so all donations can be distributed.

We will have a box just inside the front door of the clinic so please leave your donations there – this will save you having to come into Reception.

All seasonal items will be gladly accepted – individually wrapped mini-cakes and biscuits and selection boxes are perfect – but please do remember the basics too – all will be welcomed:

Seasonal items:

  • Batter mix
  • Christmas cake and other nice cakes/biscuits
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Mince pies
  • Small/medium Christmas puddings
  • Stuffing mix
  • Sweet treats for children and adults

Please be aware that food items must have a long use by date and fresh and/or homemade food CANNOT be accepted.

St Mark’s food bank have a comprehensive list of other basic grocery, household and personal items that they would gratefully receive.  Please click on this link to their website so you can see their most up-to-date list:

You have been so generous in the past and we are so grateful for your continued support of this worthwhile charity.

Season’s Greetings and heartfelt thanks to you all from
