Nutritional therapy

Healthy nutrition

Nutritional Therapy is a natural healthcare system that helps the individual achieve optimum health through the use of an individually prepared dietary programme and, when necessary, supplementation.

Nutritional therapists work with patients who have chronic health problems that conventional medicine finds difficult to treat. These include allergies, digestive and bowel disorders, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, depression or stress, auto-immune conditions, migraine and skin disorders.

Everyone can benefit from nutritional therapy from babies to the elderly and everyone in between!

Eat well, live well and enjoy living

Pippa Mitchell, our nutritional therapist, is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). BANT is a natural healthcare system that helps the individual to achieve optimum health through a personalised dietary programme. Pippa is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Saturday Mornings.

Four weeks of email support after each consultation is included in the package.
