At Luck’s Yard we are excited to announce our third anniversary and that we now have 3000 patients on our database! The team is working more and more with the local GPs and health care providers to offer the best possible care for our clients.  We now see 100-150 patients a week – many from outside Surrey.

In the past three months we have continued to reach out into the community with health talks to the WI, local bumps and babes groups and recently a fertility information evening at the Clinic.  We were also invited to talk to the antenatal team at the Royal Surrey County Hospital about pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy.  The Clinic is now inviting trainee GPs and midwives to join us for the day to observe how we work and to see how we can work together in the community.

Muscle and Sports Therapy: Our sports therapy team is getting busier and busier.  Nic Langlois, Chiropractor, is working with many athletes of all ages and is also teaming up with Robert Rusak, our Swedish deep tissue masseur.

Baby checks for charity: These are getting really popular and we have currently raised in excess of £300 for the Royal Surrey County Hospital’s Safe Delivery Trust Fund.  We see many babies a week, giving advice to parents on how to handle newborns.
Acupuncture:  Due to popular demand, Kirsty Surrell, our fabulous acupuncturist, has increased her hours to Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

National Foot Month:  This year, the National Podiatry Association is supporting pregnant women and the foot team is therefore offering a 10% discount to all pregnant women during the month of June, see below for more details.

Chiropractic charity fundraising to celebrate our 3rd anniversary: During the week of 28th June, all chiropractic new patient initial consultations will be free of charge.  We will instead ask for a donation to Alexandra Rose – the charities’ charity, please see below!
