December Happiness manifesto!!

Our tips for a wonderful December 2008 ....

  • Be active: ½ hr three times a week
  • Count your blessings
  • Talk time: 1 hr each week with partner/friends/family
  • Bake something
  • Cut your TV time by half
  • Smile/say hello to a stranger once a day
  • Phone a friend you haven’t seen for a long time
  • Have a good laugh at least once a day
  • Daily treat
  • Do an extra good turn for someone each day
  • Be cheeky!
