Dee is an experienced exercise therapist who specialises in rehabilitation.  Her focus is to help restore acute or chronic pain sufferers to a normal life, such that they may return to work and sporting activities despite their previous injury.

The aim of the sessions is to design exercise programmes to meet varying needs, such as:

  • Back, neck and shoulder injuries
  • Post operative rehabilitation of the spine, hips or knees
  • Improvement in muscular flexibility and joint mobility, as well as balance and co-ordination
Gym Hours:

 

Monday          9am – 1pm

Wednesday     2.30pm – 6pm

Consultation fees:

£36 per hour (shared sessions £18 per person)

£20 per half hour (shared sessions £10 per person)
